Ceramic composite tape
Characteristics：SSG-C10 series ceramic composite tape is soft and elastic, and is composed of "revolutionary" organic polymer materials - ceramic fire-resistant and heat-resistant silicone rubber and high-temperature resistant glass fiber cloth as the base material. It undergoes ceramicization at temperatures above 450 ℃, resulting in the formation of a self-supporting ceramic structure.
Application:
Based on the characteristics of battery module, Xiangyuan introduces SSG-C10 ceramic composite tape. It can resist the flame impact of 1300℃ for 30 min. without penetration and ceramics quickly after high temperature sintering. So it plays a good role in thermal insulation protection and safety improving even in the event of thermal runaway in the battery module.
