Xiangyuan introduces the DPF/MP series foam according to the structure and thermal insulation requirements of the battery pack, which mainly plays a supporting and thermal insulation role between the bottom of the module/ battery pack and bottom guard board. DPF/MP series foam can adjust different hardness and softness products according to the design of the battery pack to adapt to various working conditions. The foam is produced by extrusion foaming and one-time molding, with small thickness tolerance and low thermal conductivity (≤ 0.04W/(m · k)), which can effectively reduce the impact of external environmental temperature on the interior of the battery pack.
